Mr. Allison advises family offices, high net worth individuals and multinationals on a range of tax and corporate matters in transactional and planning settings, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; private equity, hedge fund and real estate investments; bankruptcy and other restructurings; transfer pricing; and estate and gift considerations.

Mr. Allison also uses his tax controversy background and experience as an in-house general counsel to advise clients on related regulatory and internal risk management issues.
