Andrew designs and implements customized trusts and other planning structures to transfer wealth efficiently, preserve family assets, and facilitate business succession. He also advises on the formation and ongoing administration of charitable entities, trusts, and related structures, helping clients carry their planning objectives through implementation and administration.

Before joining Brick & Patel, Andrew practiced at two AmLaw firms. He previously clerked in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and is a retired Army officer.

Andrew’s commitment to service extends to his pro bono work, which has included contributing to a medical-legal partnership clinic, participating in the Federal Bar Association Pro Se Project, and mentoring veterans involved in the criminal justice system.
